Kallol has been associated with IT industry for the past 6 years. He worked for clients like GE, Coca Cola in his earlier assignments. He joined HCL Technologies as a Lead Engineer in July, 2011. Now he is part of the publishing micro-vertical in HCL. His core expertise areas are designing and coding J2EE web applications using various frameworks such as struts and spring. He also has hands on experience on technologies like XML , XSLT and Hibernate. On the lighter side, he likes reading books and newspapers. He strongly believes in collaborative writing and feels just by Googling, one can’t replace the original thought process and the eternal human urge for thinking on their own. He opines that technology can play a vital role in disseminating ideas and opinions.
