Unique Aspects of HCL’s TL9000 Implementation/Certification

Hope you have seen the updates on our TL9000 R4 and R5 Certifications and the recent Validation Audit. I would be pleased to share some of the Unique/Special aspects of HCL’s TL9000 Implementation:
- HCL’s Successful completion of TL 9000 – Validation Audit by ANAB for the first time in India, was applauded by India Hub Leadership of QuEST forum comprising of our peers and key Telecom players in India. The Lead Assessor from ANAB stated that ours is the only Validation Audit that had happened in India. He added that only very few audits (almost only audit), that he had done so far, had come out with a clean report. This good news was tweeted from HCL Tech twitter account on 4th Feb.
